The summer is always kicked off with our fantastic Pony Express Days Parade!!!
This year we had to put out our blanket and chairs the night before because the park strip was filling up!!! Crazy... our little town is getting bigger.
Last year Jared enjoyed the event for the first time as a new baby and this year he was such a good boy and sat in the stroller, content. Yay!
Dad had to work... again... so the boys and Mom headed out alone.
So much fun sitting with our neighbor friends the Penrods, Van Mondfrans and Gordons!
The boys had a lot of fun and were especially excited by Cosmo and Trevor loved Elmo too.
Trevor entertained us all with his fun dance moves as the bands and bagpipes marched past. Andrew was afraid of the gun fights... just cap guns. Cohen loved the beautiful girls on the floats :) Everyone walked away with a bag of candy and some fun things like beach balls, water bottles, frisbees and mom's favorite... free toothbrushes!!!! Yipee!

Landon was picked to break the board by the karate kids.
